About The Role

The candidate will be in charge of the Group companies accounts and finance. his responsibilities will be as follows. The candidate will have a team reporting to him. Accounts

  • Oversee and ensure the accounting of the company.
  • Oversee Bank reconciliation and maintenance of accounts. Finalization of Accounts. Finance Related Work
  • Carefully Monitoring Fund position; planning ahead and proactively looking at the funds required and intimating the management.
  • MIS reporting Income Tax & Finalization of Accounts
  • Manage statutory compliance, Income & Tax, GST, & audits etc. for the company. Ensure all compliance, tax & audit requirements are met and conducted as per IT act and Companies Act.
  • Tax planning at the company and the individual income tax assessee and tax issues associated with Inter / intra-company transactions.
  • Work with the CA and manage the IT Filling for the entire Group companies
  • Requirements -(10 + years experience )

  • Good Accounting knowledge and strong practical experience in Accounting
  • Excellent Experience in Tally and other Softwares is very important
  • Should be comfortable and quick in excel (pivot, vlookup etc)
  • Should be able to talk with Banks, CA and other authorities
