  • Lead and drive projects from idea formulation, to design, and to implementation.

  • Lead a development team for feature, enhancements, and defect resolution continuous improvement for Enterprise applications.
  • Directly supervises team leaders / technical leaders and developers in the design, development and testing of applications within the specific timeframes required
  • Architect & build full stack web applications using CDK products
  • Manage Speed vs Quality when executing feature development.
  • Build applications with great user experience
  • Foster collaboration among engineering, security compliance, IT & other business groups to ensure data is secure and audit-able.
  • What You Will Need

  • 12+ years of experience in building & managing enterprise software systems 4+ years of experience in managing and leading teams to build software systems.
  • Understands SDLC well and follows the devops principles like CI / CD solutions for faster delivery.
  • Has worked with managing Software systems that are part of SOX Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong experience in building custom applications using ASP, ASP.Net, C#, Javascript, AngularJS
  • Familiar Experience with modern UI frameworks like React.js / Angular / Vue.js .
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong hands-on skills. Can drill deep into the complex system design and implementation when needed.

  • Bachelor’s / Master in Computer Science and / or Engineering is preferred.
  • 10+ years of work experience out of which at least 3 years should be in managing the projects.
  • 3+ years of experience as a People Leader managing small to midsize teams.
  • Good leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
  • Experience working with a Global team ( US & India).
  • Experience building customer facing applications.
