Manage Speed vs Quality when executing feature development.
Build applications with great user experience
Foster collaboration among engineering, security compliance, IT & other business groups to ensure data is secure and audit-able.
What You Will Need
12+ years of experience in building & managing enterprise software systems 4+ years of experience in managing and leading teams to build software systems.
Understands SDLC well and follows the devops principles like CI / CD solutions for faster delivery.
Has worked with managing Software systems that are part of SOX Compliance.
Strong understanding of cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Familiar Experience with modern UI frameworks like React.js / Angular / Vue.js .
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Strong hands-on skills. Can drill deep into the complex system design and implementation when needed.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s / Master in Computer Science and / or Engineering is preferred.
10+ years of work experience out of which at least 3 years should be in managing the projects.
3+ years of experience as a People Leader managing small to midsize teams.
Good leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
Experience working with a Global team ( US & India).
Experience building customer facing applications.
