Experience supporting and developing ServiceNow application / modules

ITIL Foundation certified or equivalent exp

You are a part of

The Health Suite Digital Platform is an open, cloud-based healthcare platform that will support data collection across the spectrum from clinical to consumer lifestyle, allowing for integration and analysis of big’ data from multiple sources worldwide, including electronic medical records, diagnostic and treatment information, images, reports, notes, wearables and Philips connected consumer lifestyle products.

The platform will utilize Philips’ clinical data models and medical device interoperability and is designed to be highly scalable with built-in comprehensive data security and privacy / permission control.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

BS in MIS / CS or related field OR Equivalent experience

5 or more years of application development and support

Technical skills required to triage issues across multiple tiers and diverse technologies including external partners

Below is the list of applications / types we would like for the applicants for the Tooling Dev / Ops roles to have administration experience :


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

Document Management / Workflow Systems

Client-Facing Web-Based Portals

In addition, they would need to be strong with experience for integrating applications with other tools and applications, change management, and project management

Experience with supporting cloud-based solutions

Ability to interface well with the business and technology staff

Working cross-functionally with all departments to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction requirements

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in order of importance and priority

Insure ITIL best practices are followed according to procedures especially Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management

Ability to support the Program Management and Platform Operations teams as required
