Primary and Secondary duties :
Prepare and organize all aspects of the training courses; materials, components, products, classrooms etc.
Work with the Training Teams of the other CNH Industrial Regions to obtain and modify centrally produced training material to suit the training of APAC Sub Regions and Importers.
Work with the Training Teams of the APAC Sub Regions to develop Training Packages for products that are Engineered and built in APAC Plants.
Gain an in depth knowledge of products to ensure the highest level of training is achieved
Develop and standardize Training Material to be used across APAC Sub Regions
Deliver "Train the Trainer" Training sessions to Trainers of the APAC Sub Regions.
Deliver Training sessions to the Importer Markets.
Assist with maintaining the standardized APAC course offering in the LMS
Have ability to learn new products to a level where training can be delivered at the point of new product launches.
Work with the Product Support Group and Area Service Managers to develop the capacity of the Importer network to diagnose and solve customer concerns through training courses.
Work with the Product Marketing Group and Business Managers to understand the product in relation to the market
Undertake a high level of training administration to ensure correct training records are kept primarily, student names, assessments and reports.
Provide feedback to the Product Support Group and Area Service Managers on any concerns that have been brought to the Trainer's attention during training courses.
Be prepared to travel and undertake training anywhere within the APAC Region.
Be prepare to work in workshop environment side by side with trainees dismounting, troubleshooting,repairing vehicles in full autonomy and with respect of safety rules, using appropriate tools
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
Essential experience and skills :
5 years mechanical, electrical and / or hydraulic technical experience.
CNH Industrial or industry product knowledge.
Fluent English verbal and written Technical Communication
Be self-motivated and capable of coordinating own personal agenda, including travel planning and booking
High level of autonomy
Good customer service skills (customer relation management)
Knowledge of MSOffice applications and desktop publishing.
Good interactive people skills and a teamwork attitude
Team player and problem solver
