Job Description

Skills and Experience

Mandatory

  • At least 8 years of IT experience.
  • At least 3 years of SAP FSM implementation experience.
  • At least 1 full life cycle on SAP FSM projects (Design to Go Live).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end field service management processes.
  • Detailed understanding of FSM master data and transactional processes. Should be able to lead requirement gathering workshops.
  • Can solution design, configure and demo field service scenarios. This should include both standard capabilities as well as bespoke extensions.
  • Strong functional knowledge of the key FSM capabilities such as resource scheduling, service calls, activities, approvals, service execution and mobile, checklists, smartforms, reporting etc.
  • Good understanding of FSM and ECC or S / 4HANA integration scenarios from a design, implementation and debugging perspective when something goes wrong.
  • Good understanding of the available integration options in FSM with various SAP applications. Understanding of OData and Web Services.
  • Understanding of SAP BTP extensions for FSM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this role will entail regular engagement either face to face or via remote technology with clients and Mindtree teams.
  • Desirable Some knowledge or experience in the following areas :

  • Integration of FSM with Cloud for Customer (C4C)
