The Position

As our new Advanced Business Analyst, along with other service managers and Operations analysts you will be an integral member of the in our Digital Workplace department and Digitalization, Automation, Collaboration Experience (DACE) Product team.

Your main responsibility will be governance and operational support for O365 collaboration tools such as Whiteboard, Forms, Planner, Bookings, Yammer, OneDrive, Delve, ToDo, Sway etc.

and upcoming O365 apps). As part of the agile team you will be responsible for ensuring that our offerings give value to the users, incidents / problems are solved and new stories and features are implemented for an even better user experience.

You will communicate directly with users via our communication channels and will have a direct impact on supporting users with making the right choices in relation to our products.

In collaboration with business and architects ensure strong business processes around collaboration and productivity supported by the above applications.

You will also be responsible to perform reporting and analytics on product performance and issues.

Furthermore, we expect you to ensure the mandatory product / service documentations including user guides / material are up to date and it’s audit ready.

You should have a very good understanding for product’s market demands and relevant technology trends. You will be a single point of contact, liaison and escalation for all product operations related matters.

Qualifications

Computer Science Master or Bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in IT or relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) OR Equivalent job experience.

Required :

  • 7-10 years of working experience in IT service / product industry.
  • 3+ years of experience within IT service management, service delivery and / or operations management etc.
  • Hands on experience, technical / admin level understanding of M365 products such as Whiteboard, Forms, Planner, Bookings, Yammer, OneDrive, Delve, ToDo, Sway etc.
  • but not limited to that.

  • Very good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Good to have :

  • Experience working in Agile project delivery or DevOps set up.
  • Experience from working in a large global complex organisation is an advantage
  • Behavioural skills :

  • Excellent communication skills as the Advanced Business Analyst must communicate with a wide range of users on different organisational and technical competency levels
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
  • Be committed and responsible, Very good Planning / Co-ordinating abilities
  • Ability to operate and achieve results in an international IT operation set up
  • Quality mind set and strong analytical skills
  • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under time pressure
  • General willingness to learn new IT products / services and project and service management processes
