About the Role :

To provide proactive administrative handling of reinsurance business and to establish and ensure best practice for :

  • assistance to Client Markets operations
  • administrative support regarding toolsand processes
  • co-ordination with Reinsurance related functions
  • manage L&H team in Bangalore ensuring all tasks are completed on time high quality to required standard and ensures fair allocation of work
  • motivates and coaches L&H BLR team members
  • works with other team leaders to meet BS objectives
  • About the Team :

    The Reinsurance Business Services Asia Team is responsible for supporting Client Managers, Products and governance of the supporting processes for Asia and Australia supporting 7 legal entities.

    Our vision is to be the trusted partner to the Origination Community using our expertise to ensure efficient and effective management of origination processes, data, documentation and supporting Client Managers during the execution of the sales process.

  • ensure to deliver high quality administrative support on L&H business on a timely manner
  • establish and ensure best practice services based on the standardized process
  • provide and explain necessary reports to stakeholders on time
  • support and coordinate with local business services team to monitor and tracking the pending items
  • Provides administrative support regarding tools, record management and processes for the business relationships in his / her area of responsibility
  • Follow standardized process , provide administrative support for L&H business origination end to end process.
  • Ensure the high quality data in L&H Applications
  • Conduct and sign off 4 eyes review of team's data entries on time
  • Coordinates with local business services team to provide support on client markets related functions (i.e. Costing, Products, Finance and IT etc.)
  • Support and ensures (external and internal) audit compliance
  • Ensure end-to-end and adequate tool know how
  • In co-ordination with Business Management (BM), actively follow-up :
  • provide first contact to BM and monitor escalated activities
  • timely response to TA / BM’s queries and assistance in resolving these queries as required
