Description : Primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients and partners by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Qualify prospects, developing new business opportunities or increasing existing business. Assist in building a clients base of qualified leads & Increase pipeline for IT staffing.
Minimum 3 and above year's experience in Business Development for US IT Staffing process & Identify new clients for providing staffing and recruitment solutions.
Obtain 3- 5 new IT contract staffing job orders per month from the clients in US region. Provide weekly report of sales activity, job orders and deals to Operations Head.
