Our growing campus recruiting team is looking for the right person to join us. We are gearing to disrupt the traditional campus talent pipeline with innovative and technology-enabled recruiting techniques.
Utilizes applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate data and reporting.
Responsible for maintenance of the global Onboarding portal ensuring that content and tools are always updated.
Act as an owner of team mailbox and be responsible for acting on candidate questions, feedback and suggestions received in the mailbox with the 24-hour service level agreement
Manages the candidate expense reimbursement process for new hires.
Supports candidate offer letter creation and tracking.
Applies advanced Excel skills (V-look up, formulas, macros, pivot tables) to keep the candidate Excel database up to date.
Manages the distribution and collection of employment related materials such as Human Resources Forms, background check authorizations, etc.
to assist and serve as the main point of contact for onboarding related processes
Serves as a liaison for campus recruiters and talent supply chain points of contact to ensure appropriate support and on-time employee ID generation ,and tracks necessary task completion
Serves as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Initiates and facilitates the onboarding paperwork and background check completion process.
Tracks candidate completion and troubleshoots paperwork questions and issues.
Takes part in special project assignments and creates reports to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting team.
Performs other various administrative responsibilities as needed
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of post-college experience in an administrative, data-management role involving a high degree of interaction with people (customers and colleagues).
Experience in a recruitment or related function is ideal but not mandatory.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word. High degree of comfort using technology effectively is required.
Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber, and dynamic environment. Adaptability to change and innovation mindset are a must.
Strong written & verbal communication skills with outstanding client service orientation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
