Work with process teams in reviewing end-to-end process metrics and advising improvement plans based on the performance metrics.
Overall domain experience of 8 - 12 years
Green Belt, Master Black Belt certification will be an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical / related field
Should have worked in IT / ITES / BPO industry as Continuous Improvement Lead
Strong and deep understanding of CI Methodology and Tools
Strong and deep understanding of Financial Processes (AR, AP, GL & Reporting) and in a position to suggest best-in-class practices
