They are poised to grow rapidly and need a strong Sales Planning Role to fuel and sustain the growth for India
You will lead business planning and forecasting for the channel and key categories
You will do regular business performance analysis with reporting and analytics
You will drive business reviews with monitoring and tracking month on month growth, delivery and improvement areas
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and executing brand alignment meetings with key partners
You will manage budget and drive a better Return on Investment outlook

Modern Trade - Business understanding and ways of working
Analytical skills to do gap / opportunity analysis (category-wise)
Social and presentation skills and proficient in excel
