The company was founded by an MDI Alumni in 2011, at Guwahati as a Sole Proprietorship Enterprise, engaged in wholesale trading of a premium quality array of Dome Camera, Bullet Camera, PTZ Camera, IP Camera, DFMD System, HHMD System, Network Video Recorders, Digital Video Recorder, etc.

Our client has done more than 500 Installations in the last 3 years in Banks, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing Groups, Government Organizations, Factories, Shopping Malls & Other Corporate areas.

As the Pre-Sales Executive, you will be helping us in planning, preparing and delivering demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities, client and internal requirements.

What you will do :

  • Preparing presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
  • Acting in an administrative capacity to facilitate and fulfill regular presales queries, CRM / updates and reporting
  • Reviewing tenders on various sites, and sending proposals accordingly
  • Preparing regular status reports on ongoing tenders and evaluation activities
  • Working closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and assist in developing sales strategy
  • Creating marketing concepts
  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
  • Supporting as an EA in scheduling travel arrangements, calendar management etc.
  • Salary : INR 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.

    What you need to know / have :

  • Female Pre Sales Executive, with good command in verbal and written English
  • Graduates with at least 6 months of experience in similar role
  • Settled in Delhi NCR preferred as they need to attend one weekly meeting with founder
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Should be able to dedicate 5 to 6 hours on a daily basis
  • Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
