Good interpersonal skills.
High on energy level and should be target oriented with a strong will to achieve.
Interacting with prospective new clients.
Conducting sales calls and closing the leads across PAN India or Overseas.
Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Client Networking & Relationship Building.
Cold calling with potential clients.
Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.
Contacting qualified prospects / leads that have been generated through #various marketing campaigns and converting these prospects / leads into sales
Giving presentation to clients.
Client acquisition for permanent staffing.
Client Management (From requirements to proper payments).
Revenue generation acquiring new business.
Candidates with experience in recruitment industry required.
Build and maintain rapport with the new clients.
Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
Going and meeting F2F with the HR and generate recruitment requirements from them.
Good networking with HR in the Industry.
Mapping the prospect clients in all industries and generate the leads ( positions) from the HR or respective department of the organisation.
Should have an exposure in staffing solutions.
Knowledge of end to end life cycle of recruitment.
