Systems Analyst / Desktop Support Engineer - IT

Responsibilities :

  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 8.1, Windows 7, and Microsoft Office 2013 & Office 365 and any other authorized desktop applications.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
  • Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
  • Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network.
  • Develop trends by monitoring and analysing problems and support requests
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting Client DFGs and Cellular DFGs (Remote PCs).
  • User account administration, i.e., account creation and management and password resets on Active Directory
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware / software
  • Responsible for tracking hardware and software
  • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.
  • Works with Team members to find the resolution for issues with related to Portals, Software and Hardware.

  • Candidate should possess skills required for the Desktop Engineer.
  • Industry certifications.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware
  • Microsoft Office 2013 and Office 365 support

  • Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook issues.
  • Working knowledge on AD, DNS & DHCP and remote control tools.
  • Knowledge of System Centre Configuration Manager and Client troubleshooting
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-confidence, good interpersonal skills and listening skills.
  • Preferred Experience :

    Experience in reviewing videos.


    UG : B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Any Graduate - Any Specialization

    PG : Post Graduation Not Required
