  • FlixStock is seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join the Team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching and qualifying, and processing marketing leads for the sales team;
  • and generating summarized reports of their key findings. This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exception online research and communication skills able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of FlixStock solutions, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.


  • Generating well researched & populated qualified leads to be processed as new opportunities by the sales team
  • Ensuring that the leads are populated in the CRM system & maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system
  • Develop and refine various Lead Generation Techniques for increasing the efficacy of marketing programs and smarter customer acquisition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Show initiative, drive, energy & enthusiasm

  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and / or project
  • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to find potential customers
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn lead generation systems and tools
  • Ability to excel in a growing, dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong proactive communication skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with a CRM
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, lead generation or sales role
