Job Description

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for : -

  • Determining the business strategy and meeting targets along with shaping the organization for future challenges
  • Develop and implement the sales and distribution strategies
  • Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved
  • Working closely with the marketing team and develop the go to strategy
  • Developing strategy for increasing sales figures
  • Managing the dealer relationships and key accounts

    The ideal candidate should come with 12+ years of experience in Footwear / consumer industry. The candidate should have strong distribution experience and knowledge of other channels as well.
