Manufacturing Support Analyst :

Responsibilities :

This person must possess a solid understanding of manufacturing (F&B) best practices in order to effectively collaborate with the business users they support.

This person must be a self-motivated, independent, results-oriented critical thinker.

  • Able to support at all levels in manufacturing, warehousing and other closely related organizations to understand their processes and challenges.
  • Independently prioritize, diagnose and resolve application and process issues as they arise.
  • Organize, create and maintain critical technical and functional documentation for related business processes, including technical specifications and training materials.
  • Collaborate heavily with other functional analysts to assist in other areas with integration points associated to the candidate’s area of support.
  • Qualifications and Skills Desired :

  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business or related field.
  • Prefer having experience in MS dynamics manufacturing modules
  • Prefer some exposure to Warehousing, distribution and other modules as well..
  • Good familiarity with Dynamics NAV User roles and Personalization.
  • Must have experience collaborating with developers on solutions.
  • Prefer experience with Config Package tool to perform mass data changes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with various levels of the business in non-technical terms.
  • Ready to handle Customer Support task
  • Assists team manager with support strategies and building a strong, effective team.
  • Flexible to 24X7 Shift environment ( 5 days working , 9 hour shift)
