Manages the allocation of work in customization area and How To Consultancy. Interacts with customers to understand the requirements.
Expectation management and managing escalation management with users. Guides and mentors the team when they have technical problems or communication issues.
Works with architects’ team to provide work out solutions for the more complex or new technology related change requests.
Provides second level management to a group of professionals including people management and work with Sr. Management to understand the plan and strategy for the account growth and development. .
Your future duties and responsibilities
Member will lead the Customization and Configuration team and be the SPOC for all requests and CRs coming to the customization team.
Member will leverage his / her knowledge on technical subjects to deliver as per stakeholder needs.
Member has to provide technical leadership for Microsoft .NET web applications and SharePoint applications to the team reporting to him / her.
Member will be responsible and accountable for SLAs on the Customization tickets and schedule for the changes.
Member will work closely with the Architects to come up with innovative and effective solutions for client issues.
Member will perform people management related activities including development of team members and provide support to team members in technical as well as communication challenges, guide them and mentor them wherever required.
Member will be responsible to work with the Sr. Management to understand the strategy and plan for growth, focus areas for the financial year and will be responsible for the financial growth of his / her team.
Member will be working with business clients / users to review business drivers, needs, and strategies to anticipate future business / technology needs and provide inputs to various internal stakeholders on what strategic solutions can be provided by CGI to solve customer pain points or for new areas of growth
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Primary Skill : Microsoft Technology
SharePoint 2010, SP2013, SP2016, Sharepoint Online; CSOM, JSOM, PowerShell Scripting
XML, REST API, VISUAL STUDIO, C#, HTML5, CSS3.
Net, MVC, Angular, .Net Framework
Secondary Skill : Developing Graduates and junior developers for next level.
Candidate should have total Experience of 12-15 yrs.
Candidate should have experience in providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development and testing processes.
Experience in improving processes to ensure alignment between the business strategies and application technology roadmap.
Experience in providing scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables to the users.
