The Role
Preferably Security Guarding Industry )
Well Conversant with the Commercials Minimum wage notifications( States / Central Govt) , Cost Breakup ,Statutory and its related impact
Keeping Track of Minimum Wage Notifications of Various states and updating Tabulation Chart
Qualified, Young, Energetic with pleasing personality.
Well Versed in Computers / MS -Office. ( Specifically Powerpoint Presentation ).
Writing & Communication skills in English.
Should be good in calculation and with commercial approach.
Updating of PI Records Branch wise for all clients. Preparation & submission of monthly MIS.
Able to work in a team with initiative to plan and execute.
Result oriented with specific time limits.
Clients correspondence pertaining to Rate Revision Coordination with Billing, Salary , Accounts & Legal Deptt.
Formulation of Standard / Specimen PI Letters & ensuring all PI Letters are sent through respective branches to the clients in time.
Update & Maintain Cost Break ups records.
Requirements :
You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
