Job Description :

  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the organization’s customer base by developing network of retailers / dealers in assigned geography
  • Responsibilities involve building retailer network through FOS (Feet on Street) model covering assigned geographies
  • A large part of this role will be focused on unlocking new business opportunities, to accelerate growth. Experience with bringing new innovations to launch, from concept to market readiness.
  • Has to look after a number of distributors in the assigned area, conduct market visits, conduct opening meeting with such distributors, generate and fulfill demand
  • Willingness to achieve assigned sales and collection targets.Job Requirements :
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 Years of experience Fashion & Apparel domain, B2B sales, Channel sales experience is must
  • Preference shall be given to the candidates who have built retail distribution network for regional & new brands
  • Must be up to date and report information of market trends, new developing markets, competitor activity, price trends etc.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
  • Must be an intelligent, self-motivated and result oriented individual with a persuasive and positive outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Formal presentation skills.KL
