Job Responsibilities
Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards relative to organizational performance Joining data across a variety of platforms in a sustainable and scalable fashion Provide and maintain M / S PowerPoint presentations Support corporate growth initiatives to migrate data into standardized platforms (Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.)
Data mining which provide actionable data in response to changing business requirements Responsible to translate business requirements into appropriate data queries Ability to bridge data across multiple platforms to provide the required solution Ability to articulate the results into responses which are readily understood by the end user
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 6 years with Bachelor’s or master’s Degree : Business / Math / Statistics / Operations Research / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / MBA.
Knowledge and Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing domain with Data Analysis and Business Analysis skills.
Building Reports and Dashboards with different Visualization tools (like Power BI, or others). Knowledge in performing Root cause analysis and Corrective actions.
Data Base Development strong knowledge of SQL Server, SAP HANA, SQL Programming etc. Data Analysis skills and experience extracting information from SQL Server DB, SAP ECC, SharePoint and other tools and platforms
Strong database troubleshooting and analytical Problem-solving skills are required. MS Office and Excel skills (Generation of reports, VBA, and others)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advance analytics techniques (R, Python, statistical analysis, etc.). Knowledge of any other programming language will be added advantage (preferably .Net, JavaScript)
Knowledge of Analytical Tools & Languages : .NET, Python, R, Statistical Libraries. Knowledge of Machine Learning & Statistics.
Clear understanding of Data Warehousing concepts. Knowledge of ETL tools required
Knowledge of Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
