O365 / Sharepoint Developer
You will have the exciting opportunity to help our company to start with O365, ramp up knowledge and gain customer adoption.
You will work on various projects and design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing.
Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for investigating emerging O365 / SharePoint uses and identifying ways to apply such solutions to help our users to increase business value and performance.
Requirements gathering, design and develop appropriate solutions using Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint, Power platform and the rest of the O365 product set
In a globally distributed team, provide functional support to expand capabilities in the areas of O365 / SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration
Create workflows, forms, power apps and other applications using O365 services
Showcase the potential for the O365 platform and identify opportunities for further development
Enable the business to automate their tasks in self-service, by providing guidance and training
Work with Functional Leads and / or Business Analyst to build the technical solution to meet defined business requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation
Support & maintenance of the SharePoint instance
Provide resolution to support incidents in production to ensure uptime and performance
Support Onboarding of New users, projects, resources during deployment
Analyze support calls and identify improvements to the support process & problem management
Functional and technical skills in designing across the Sharepoint platform
Work with : Office 365, SharePoint Online / OnPrem, PowerApps, Teams, PowerShell, Power Automate, Search, etc.
Optional but preferred experience in Powershell, Office Add-Ins, UI Fabric, Angular
Application development, Support operations and troubleshooting skills
An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome
Good oral and written communication skills
Good understanding of application security, integration, performance and quality requirements
Migration skills are a plus (E.g. migration from OnPremise Sharepoint to O365)
Create workflows and forms using the Nintex for Office 365 solution to improve routine business processes within the product team site is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
3+ years of relevant experience in O365 and Sharepoint Online
3+ years of experience in application development life cycle
2+ years of experience in workflow design and Sharepoint application development
