Responsibilities

  • Take Chats and assists end users
  • Update Log notes in ticketing tool.
  • Resolve ticket after selecting relevant resolution categories in ticketing tool.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Hardware, OS, Standard Office Suite and Browsers.
  • Hardware support to Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phone First level support to Printers,
  • Application troubleshooting, basic knowledge on how to troubleshoot mobile devices
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.

  • Qualifications we seek in you!

    Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science,Information Systems, or related field.

    Preferred qualifications

  • Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
