Requirements : Proven experience in customer service and telecalling or a relevant role.Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & presentation skills and Multitasking ability.

Proficiency and Excellent knowledge of MS Office .Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.Fast learner and a passion for sales.

SelfMotivated with a resultsdriven approach.Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.Having jewelry and diamonds knowledge.

Any bachelors degree.Responsibilities : Identifying potential clients through prospecting, telemarketing and sales database management.

Contacting potential clients by phone and in person to present the company's products & services.Meeting or exceeding the pre-

set sales targets.Recording sales activity and results.Completing and presenting the weekly activity reports.Working closely with the Customer Service and Operation Team / s to achieve client satisfaction.

Demonstrating a strong work ethic with regular attendance.Maintaining ethical business practices.Meeting the clients in person at the showroom as and when required.

Job Type : Full-timeSalary : 15,000.00 to 20,000.00 / month
