  • Solid experience in participation in the entire deal lifecycle right from first calls, building high quality collateral development, proposals, statements of work, with specific to Quality Engineering services.
  • Minimum experience must be 3 years in pure play testing services. Overall experience about 4 to 5 years at minimum

  • Writing winning RFP responses and winning the RFP from Enterprises against the best of breed competition
  • Creating compelling solution decks and RFP defense decks for both Enterprises and ISVs. Adept at proposing creative engagement and commercial models ensuring win / win for Innominds and the clients while ensure healthy GM
  • Support the sales team in terms of high quality collateral and All deadlines are met and all requests are managed on time, zero escalations from the sales.
  • Contributor in building Pre-Sales collaterals, content for Testing IP, Service line capabilities, new pricing models and knowledge
  • Strengthen reusable assets repository across domains and key service offerings and provide trainings to team on customer advocacy, new service offerings
  • Proactive ownership, periodic updates to Corporate Deck to stay ahead of the game
  • Have good understanding of overall STLC and QA processes across functional, automation, performance and security testing
  • Understanding of emerging QE practices related performance engineering, security engineering, Agile and DevOps
