Role & Responsibilities

Purpose : - Provide Actionable Insights on opportunities thru data analytics and make inside sales to sell those opportunities providing end to end service commercial gain.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for end to end commercial goal such as defining accurate payment terms, revenue recognition and find out potential revenue leakage.
  • Ensure and help accurately in providing data for revenue and other forecast to management
  • Develop and publish reports as per stake holder requirement & make analytics of service sale contract and spares opportunities
  • Customer interaction thru phone / email for making Enquiries, sending Quotes & following up for Purchase orders.
  • Align with Ad hoc work as per the business need.
  • Work closely with other stake holders such as Regional Service Heads, Service Sales Heads to achieve revenue targets
  • Candidate Requirement :

    Education & Experience levels :

    Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 4+ years of relevant experience

    Nature of experience : Service sales support function, Backend operations with Inside sales or customer interaction.

    Knowledge Required :

  • Knowledge of SAP or any other CRM is an added advantage.
  • Healthcare, Pharma or similar Industry domain is an added advantage.
  • Skills :

  • Should appreciate commercial acumen in every day work affair.
  • MS Excel, Good communication & Analytical skills is a must.
  • Multitasking, Ability to work under pressure and Prioritize work as per business demand especially during quarter ends.
  • Customer centric, highly motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
