Configuration of certain modules for POC / Demo Support development & testing teams during solution delivery Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of testing Manage change request lifecycle Study & implementation of the newest communications technologies, trends in the telecommunications industry Experience & Requirements 6 years of total IT experience;
Atleast 4 years of relevant experience as Business analyst. Proven experience in BA role, with at least one of the major Telcos.
Good understanding of standards and overall solutions and integration. Proficiency in OSS / BSS (operations support system / business support system) stack and various functions of each system.
Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases etc. Expertise on standard tools for requirements & designing.
Customer facing experience is must. Good understanding of standard delivery methodologies. Exposure on latest COTS products available in market is preferable. Willingness to travel.
