2. Rapport / Relationship building with all Customers in the market and with other critical stakeholders in CV industry like Brokers, Body Builders, Booking Agents, Truck Unions Office Bearers, Financers, major garage owners, etc.
3. Communicating to customers clearly all positives of our product offerings, objection handling, impart confidence in customers about our product & aftermarket support offerings
4. Track customer vehicles performance & ensure vehicles are delivering as per our promise of mileage, uptime etc. Intervene with aftermarket / organization for support wherever required.
5. Organize Marketing activities : Demos, Loan Melas, Customer Meets, Financer's meet etc. to generate customer enquiries and strengthen connect with customers / financiers etc.
6. Comprehensive market combing, to cover market fully, must obtain knowledge of all deals, even of the strong competitor loyalist customers.
7. Develop market intelligence to understand emerging market trends and new opportunities
8. Work and interface effectively with the channel management teams for all the support required from the organization.
