ROLE PURPOSE

The iERP Senior Change Manager is a business-critical role accountable for defining and leading the regional execution of the change management strategy for iERP within APAC / AMER / EMEA as part of a global transformation programme already underway within dentsu International.

The role will support the iERP Change Lead for overseeing the regional execution of iERP business change management activity within the EMEA / AMER / APAC region.

  • This will include identifying business operational impacts as a result of implementing iERP transformation initiatives regionally;
  • ensuring that business change management, communication and leadership alignment focus is undertaken across iERP initiatives within the EMEA / AMER / APAC region;
  • whilst concurrently leveraging dentsu’s Global Change content and Professional Network to streamline the implementation of change activities.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    This role will work as part of the iERP change management team as part of the global Transforming dentsu programme, undertaking business change activities at a regional level to successfully execute the iERP transformation agenda.

    As such, the role will be focused on the execution of operational Region and Market iERP rollout activities. The role will include business change focus on the following :

  • Responsibility for leading the delivery of business change management elements required for successful delivery of the iERP objectives at the EMEA / AMER / APAC regional level
  • Includes specific focus on the following organisational change management and operational business readiness planning requirements :
  • Undertake and maintain engagement with key iERP and regional and market business stakeholders
  • Analyse impacts from the implementation of iERP systems on operational processes and ways of working
  • Create and execute change strategies, including focus in the areas of communications and engagement, training and upskilling, leadership alignment planning.
  • Development and execution of business readiness and adoption strategies, criteria setting and monitoring (including tracking the success of readiness and adoption measures in the lead up to and post iERP go-live)
  • Mobilising and maintaining a regional and market change network to embed changes to ways of working and culture
  • Identification of behavioural change and cultural elements as part of the overall change strategy.
  • Undertake regular governance updates as part of the iERP change management team.
  • PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Expertise leading technology-based change
  • Experience leading change management from a regional perspective, spanning multiple markets
  • Strong and relevant track record of operating within large, complex global organisations, with proven recent experience of managing a change across a portfolio of complex transformation programmes at process optimisation and operational excellence
  • Evidence of deep experience in conducting and delivering change activities including : change impact assessments, change readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, training planning and training material creation / delivery, adoption and benefit realisation approach and tracking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts, risks and strategies to senior management in business terms, while being able to discuss detailed technical aspects with experts in the dentsu business
  • Demonstrates leadership maturity and a strong ability to collaborate with multiple levels of the business and functional leaders to streamline processes and work towards resolution of challenges, constraints, and roadblocks and leading innovation across operations
  • Worked for Best-in-Class Organisations with international exposure having worked with geographically diverse teams
  • Can do attitude and ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation structure with significant emphasis on collaboration, influence and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control
  • Ability to effectively network across teams of business operations and transformation experts.
