In this role, you will become intimate with the architecture of our systems and be responsible for diving deep into code and logs.
You will affect prioritization and be the customer ambassador in ops engineering. You will also help shape the processes for supporting and maintaining innovative technologies in multiple geographies.
In this role, you work on the forward looking Technology innovation that Amazon is going to adapt including use state of the art AWS technologies and help the teams lead towards leverage the same along with investing in tools development to support such initiatives.
You will also be investigating customer impacting issues, dive deep into system exceptions and work closely with the software, hardware and network teams to solve these challenges.

Provide / Develop technical solutions and help reduce operational issues related to software and hardware.
Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects with the potential for Java based projects.
Automate manual workflows to improve productivity of the Support Team.
Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
System and support status reporting.
Customer notification, workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements.
