In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Prior administrative experience and working on audits, reports, management tasks, etc.
Must be confident in providing prompt and consistent administrative and back-office support.
Strong attention to detail and keen sense of accuracy in carrying out tasks
Timely delivery of tasks / assignments
Skills and Expertise
Data Entry, Email Communication, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Docs, Email handling, Data Auditing
Ability to manage and prioritize own workload whilst adhering to tight and pressing deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
Excel Requirement :
Vlookup, Powerquery, PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Slicers etc.
Working Hours :
8 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm GST Sundays to Thursdays; and 9 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm GST Saturdays.
Technical Requirements
Laptop or Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
Required Internet Speed : : ping below 5ms, Download speed 15Mbps above, Upload speed 10Mbps above for stand-alone connection
Uninterrupted power supply system with back-up of 4 hours
Environment : quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming call
