The Regional Manager Sales Development will primarily provide administration support to Regional Sales India Regional Office.
The Regional Manager Sales Development will be responsible for Communication with international GC&E counterparts with GC&E global projects and commercial focus initiatives.
The Regional Manager Sales Development will Analyze results / reports to make recommendations to drive sales strategy and commercial focus.
The Regional Manager Sales Development will Provide sales skills and expertise to the company by building, developing the abilities of the sales teams both on and above property.

Drive and deliver key Regional and global projects and initiatives.Manage key priorities agreed to delivery dates.
Seeks out strategy initiatives to enable the Sales organisation to increase productivity and conversion.
Communication with Global / Regional Sales & RM solutions team to ensure the needs of India are achieved.
Assist with the account distribution process for sales.
Ensure adoption and utilisation of the Account Engagement and Segmentation models within Sales.
Communication with international GC&E counterparts with GC&E global projects and commercial focus initiatives.
Assist with the account wise / hotel wise goal setting process for sales.
Analysis / Reporting & System Development
Recommend, implement and monitor appropriate best practice and systems which are compatible with short, medium and long term business needs.
Develop business best practice to assist in account measurement procedures.
Appointing and training Delphi.fdc / SFDC champions in each location and monitoring performance.
Ensure analysis of sales processes is carried out and best practice implemented across the Estate.
Analyse results / reports to make recommendations to drive sales strategy and commercial focus.
Reporting benchmarks for revenue related areas in Catering and Events throughout India.
Monitoring and reporting on KPI’s within Sales.

Ability to travel as required
Management Graduate / Hotel Management Graduate or similar degree preferred.
5 years hospitality experience in Sales Planning and Optimisation.
Knowledge and experience in Delphi or a similar database / reservations system preferable.
Knowledge and experience in Salesforce or similar CRM system preferable.
