Meet Asset NTB customers referred through various Lead Channels and provide comprehensive sales pitch
Do prima-facie assessment of the eligibility of the customer for on-boarding
Collect all pre-sanction documents from the customer required as per bank policy
Assist in account opening of NTB customer before activation
Support RM in overall portfolio management including renewals / exception management
Good understanding of the sales process through preferably prior sales experience of 2- 3 years
Prior experience in lending products specially in SME segment preferred.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
A graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales), Computer proficiency (Acquaintance with internet and MS Office) with relevant experience of selling in banking / NBFC financial products.
Good understanding of the sales process
Good customer and relationship management skills.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Disciplined in work style
Should have acumen for learning
Understanding of the local geographies
Basic knowledge of English
Possess good relationship / rapport with customers and influencers in the local markets
