Job brief

We are looking for a Customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product / services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

Generate sales leads

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools

Meet personal / team sales targets and call handling quotas

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

    As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

    You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    Answer and direct phone calls

    Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

    Maintain contact lists

    Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

    Develop and maintain a filing system

    Order office supplies

    Book travel arrangements

    Submit and reconcile expense reports

    Provide general support to visitors

    Requirements

    Proven admin or assistant experience

    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

    Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organisational and planning skills

    Proficiency in MS Office
