Perform Business and System level Analysis for business problems and provide tactical and strategic solutions.
Gather Requirements for your application and translate and break them into meaningful user stories.
Manage conflicts in understanding and provide and take constant feedback to enrich the requirement / user stories
Analyse existing workflows and chalk out and document new workflows.
Perform GAP analysis for migration projects decommissioning legacy systems and onboarding new ones both Inhouse and Vendor based.
Conduct meetings, stand-up calls for your projects act as a liaison between various Upstream and downstream systems
Translate system level definitions and configurations in business language to Users
Ability to prepare BRDs (In case of Classic -waterfall based projects) or maintain Jira (In case of Agile) well defined, precise user stories and elaborated acceptance criteria.
Keep a Traceability matrix to ensure coverage of all Jira’s / requirement in various Test Phases
Understand and support all the testing cycle.
Ensure the tests sign-off, evidences are well captured and made available for compliance purposes.
Collaborate with technology to bridge the gap between them and the business to deliver projects
Liaising with the vendor on changes, upgrades and fixes.
Prepare and manage the required implementation / go-live activities together with project manager / delivery manager.
Provide progress update and escalate project risks and issues to project manager / delivery manager
Adherence to standards mandated by SCB for project delivery and execution.
Assist Tech Leads / project manager / delivery manager in all phases of SDLC
Agility and comfort with fluid or ambiguous situations and the ability to synthesise what’s important from multiple data points
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels
Our Ideal Candidate
5-9 years of Software Industry experience preferable with Financial Markets.
Knowledge of trade life cycle in Financial OTG Market (FX, MM, Securities).
Experience of working with Payments & Settlements Flows with knowledge in SWIFT messages
Basic understanding of the various Financial Product FX, Repos etc.
A focus on quality, with experience collaborating with Dev and QA team to develop test plans
Tech savvy must be able to run SQLs.
Familiar with technologies like XMLs / MQ / FTP / JMS..etc.
Proven capabilities to work under pressure and tight deadlines to solve critical issues
Experience collaborating with multiple teams diagnosing and debugging complex systems
Strong oral and written communication skill, with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Should be proficient in presentation Skill.
