inimum Qualifications :

BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience

2-6 years of analytical work experience, understanding customer needs and working with data to identify trends and then develop solutions

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Excellent Verbal and Written Skills, Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work with cross-functional globally distributed teams

Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

Intermediate level experience in SQL

Scripting / coding experience would be a plus

Proven track record around high productivity and meeting deadlines

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment

Open to taking initiative and working through ambiguous situations with minimal oversight

Responsibilities :

Analyze and report out on current spend patterns and adherence to budget and processes

Work closely with operation leads, Sales Finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance and maintain opex tracking

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in the opex tracking and reporting process to reduce manual effort
