Previous experience developing APIs, software libraries, firmware for networking, storage, crypto and compression data planes and control planes.
Having experience in open-source integration would be added advantage.
Technical knowledge and work experience on virtualization network and storage virtualization.
Technical knowledge of current and emerging industry software and protocols like IPSec (IKE), MACSec(MKA), TLS, OVS P4, eBPF, DPDK, SPDK would be an added advantage.
Experience of ARM or any other RISC processors would be highly preferred.
Experience in writing device driver, good understand in Linux / Windows / EXSi driver architecture and to be able to understand and debug performance bottlenecks.
Good understanding in compiler, Operating Systems internals and x86 and Intel platform architectures.
Essential Qualifications :
BTech / MTech Computer Science or Electronics Engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Linux Kernel module and device driver development and debugging using associated debug tools
Solid understanding of Ethernet protocols (MAC / IP / TCP / UDP)
Experience in development of RTOS / embedded Linux kernel and boot loaders (u-boot) and multi-thread application development.
Excellent communication skills including experience interacting and having meaningful discussion with technical staff at customers and ecosystem partners, architects, and technical leads across geographical boundaries.
