Supports the business in decision making and customer service efforts by providing business intelligence services. Codes, tests and executes programs for ad hoc reporting and data analysis.

Imports, exports and formats data into various formats. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs for measurement of product performance and identification of product opportunities.

Prepares results of analysis for customer consumption. May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.

May require strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems. Pega, Genesys, or Verint experience preferred.

Daily Responsibilities / Job Description :

Develop and execute reporting solutions by following internal reporting standards and best practices

Create, maintain, and improve new and existing reporting solutions as required by the business

Collect, validate, interpret, and organize various types of data into meaningful reports and / or summaries for designated client groups

Use statistical analysis and best practices to identify risks and opportunities and define reporting solutions

Interaction level with Management / Team Members :

Would be a lot of interaction with Peers to learn data / business

Skills Overview :

Qualifications / years of experience :

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis / development, data analysis, and / or related field or equivalent combination of education and / or work experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools in addition to familiarity with other reporting technologies

Must Haves :

1. Experience with writing SQL queries

2. Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power point Key Skills : Metric & Reporting Analyst
