Job Description :
Interact with customers to help troubleshoot and resolve highly complex product problems or issues.
Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone / Internet in the areas of system configurations / setup, product functionality, and bugs / enhancements.
Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered.
Hands on experience on SQL issues and troubleshooting performance issues.
Hands on experience on AlwaysOn and its troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge on Windows issues monitoring and troubleshooting.
Demonstrable experience of working effectively with Clients, Internal teams to resolve issues.
Strong database troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
