Own, manage, grow and ensure SLA deliveries for client accounts
Responsible for customer satisfaction and key accounts
Accelerate engagement growth in revenue and size
Creating and optimizing process flows for delivery and ensure the process is adhered by the delivery teams
Manage work-flow; plan resources for work allocation and estimate timelines as per client requirements.
Monitor personal and team KPIs & ensure the SLAs are met
Account mining, delivery management, client management, people management, revenue and cost management to ensure the delivery process is profitable as well quality-led
Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats, and draft strong brand strategies for them.
Develop and drive a marketing vision for brands, create next generation strategy and roadmaps, conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking, and program KPIs
Lead and drive campaigns, and an account growth with lateral services addition, which add to the revenue acquisition process across Digital, content, Development & technology and activation programs.
Partner with creative, technology, analytics and technology teams to ensure work is appropriately positioned for long-term success
Plan and optimize client reporting and strategic planning based on statistical information
Quality control the services to exceed the department's delivery mandates
Keep abreast of developments within the client's industry and marketing landscape.
Overall the role will be brand strategy oriented with 70% key accounts management and 30% brand strategy formulation.
Work Experience Required :
We are looking for someone who has actually been there at the centre of it all and cracked successful campaigns, has an implicit understanding of all the technical aspects of the marketing and sales.
We want someone who is people's person (very important) - a role model material, curious and passionate about marketing.
Work Experience :
3-5 years of marketing specific experience, minimum of 1 year of agency experience in managing accounts, building and motivating teams of multiple direct reportees
Expertise in demonstrable success with media planning / strategy, search marketing and social media
Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into brand and media strategies
Skill Set :
Excellent presentation skills
Team player with the ability to play different roles within the team
Deep knowledge of metrics-driven campaigns and marketing programs
Able to present work and lead client conversations
