We have been launching new features and products like UPI, Rewards, and this team will work on further innovative projects such as decentralised products, BNPL, social platform, stocks & alternative investments, card infrastructure.
We are looking for a highly creative, data-driven, hands-on, and experienced Community Manager with a self-starter mentality to build and grow the Blockchain community and manage our media channels.
What You will do
You will develop social media communities on various platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Bitcointalk, Discord, YouTube, Reddit etc.
Identify, build and cultivate key relationships with members of our community and source actionable insights back to eng / product / partnerships teams.
Measure and report on the success of community growth, support, and engagement initiatives with qualitative and quantitative insights.
Constantly learn, research, and experiment on how to do community building better.
Create, edit, and publish content daily (text, photos, gifs, videos) to drive community engagement.
Participate in communities and events to boost our brand awareness, organize online events such as community updates, AMAs.
Coordinate with our marketing and product teams and keep our community updated on our latest services, features, promotions, and events.
Working with the Product Engineering Teams and be the voice of the Community.
What you will need
A minimum of 1 year professional experience as a Community Manager; experience in Blockchain / Crypto / NFT a plus.
A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online.
A good track record of growing crypto communities.
You have a deep understanding of crypto culture and you lead a large and engaged follower base on Crypto Twitter and / or other social media channels.
You have a passionate interest in blockchain and web3 technologies and are ideologically aligned with open governance and decentralization, especially around decentralised identity and data privacy.
A good understanding of different channels and their characteristics where communities engage, like Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively communicate with different personas across various channels and cultures.
