Manages the design and development process for all types of candidate talent assessments, including milestones and timelines, and tracks progress.
Communicates project status updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Gathering stakeholder assessments requirements; envisioning the future assessments needs by conducting need analysis activity
Establishing strong relationships with Learning Partners and Learning Leads through regular meetings
Implementing overall project plan, risk assessment plans, communication plans, individual task plans & schedule; communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones, and overall project status to internal and external senior management;
initiating actions to identify and resolve project problems / issues
Interfacing with cross-functional project teams for business requirements gathering, analysis and finalization of specifications and service delivery with complete ownership
Dealing with stakeholder's business units by designing the learning path process, partnering with subject matter experts and other resources as appropriate
Mentoring team members to increase effectiveness; reviewing the assessments tools and items which are relevant to the practice
Conducting skill gap analysis to ensure that information systems, products, and services meet or exceed organization / industry quality standards and end-user requirements
Guiding the Instructors to deliver the training in effective instructing techniques
Maintains assessment design and development standards to ensure assessment integrity.
Identifies and mitigates risks that may impact the quality or on-time delivery of assessments.
Collaborates with the assessment team to define and execute assessment policies, processes, and best practices.
Oversees assessment QA processes, identifying and resolving issues and trends, as required
What you should have :
A minimum of 7 10 years of experience in the assessment field, preferably at a managerial or leadership position
The Assessment Expert must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate written and verbally in a professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner.
This position requires a highly motivated team-player with the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, develop and maintain collaborative relationships inside and outside of the Company, prioritize efficiently, as well as proactively solve problems.
The successful candidate must be supportive and flexible, able to react swiftly and positively to change, as well as proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment.
This position must possess superior organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high levels of accuracy and achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
