Mission Will be part of Optics Global professional Service delivery team who is responsible end-to-end to deliver all transport professional services starting from the network design till validation of new solutions and implementation in customer network.
This team works directly and closely with Professional Services PLMs to understand customer professional services requirements, translate them into deliverables and works across all the IPRT functions to lead, develop and deliver on-time results to our customers.
Essential Functions The SME provides best in class expertise to external / internal partners in the IPT design domain Key responsibilities Support PLM during the offer phases to clarify the needs, assess feasibility and identify the related effort / costs Support PM / TPM during project execution providing technical support as per SoW Responsible for making the HLD Work with and lead SME for LLD and MoP documents Deliver design related Professional services on site / remote (migration / transformation .
