  • Process Overview

    The Global Risk Technology (GRT) team provides technology solutions to support the Chief Risk Officer, Secondary Marketing, Global Principal Investments, Corporate Treasury, and Enterprise Capital Management Organizations.

    The Risk technology teams calculates various risk metrics including Credit, Market and Liquidity Risk for the various LOBs within the bank, supports the Risk business to generate actionable insights and ensure that we stay within our Risk Limits.

    It also enables reporting of the data to various regulators and supports key regulatory mandates including Enterprise Stress Test and CCAR runs.

    The technology teams also support functions that manages the Bank’s capital and invests capital on behalf of the enterprise, manage earnings, liquidity and funding.

    It also supports the business that oversee mortgage servicing rights, pricing, hedging, trading and delivery of mortgage products.

    Solutions Delivery Management (SDM) is an enterprise program with in Global Technology and operations(GT&O) organization to help teams code, test and deliver software with ease, so they can release products faster and innovate more.

    The enterprise platform provides a fully configurable tool chain that supports agile software delivery using standardized tools and processes that automate manually intensive functions.

    Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology (ERFT) SDM team invests time in understanding the capabilities provided by the platform group, customizes, tailors to ERFT span of applications to on boarded and accelerate adoptions to gain efficiency.

    Job Description

    ERFT SDM Test automation is a multiyear program to enable EFRT organization adopt SDM Test Automation. Q3 2019 and beyond is when we expect SDLC adoption for EFRT will have production deployments through Ansible, XLR integrated to Horizon and Test automations is strategized for adoption.

    Global Business Services (GBS) ERFT SDM Dev Ops team’s involvement with SDLC adoption program last year helped us big time with accelerated SDM SDLC adoption for EFRT application teams.

    We are having a good continued success with GBS involvement in such strategic programs with lot of collaboration and interactions naturally coming within teams in GBS.

    With our past success we have seen global teams empowering us with more ownership and accountability in driving such programs.

    Holistic success of SDM and benefits realization is complete only when we have SDLC Tools Adoption, Lean Agile Transformation and Test Automation adopted in spirit by application teams.

    SDM TMA is one of the GT&O priorities for 2019 and beyond. SDM SDLC adoption is coming to closure for 350+ applications in scope and next focus would be on the TMA and its integration to Horizon.

    The right candidate is expected to come from strong Testing & Programming background which includes designing Test strategy, Planning, Estimation and Automation frameworks.

    Good Knowledge and understanding of Finance / Banking Domain is a must.

    In parallel to the SDM initiative for Test Automation this role will also require to oversee the testing strategy and centralize roles like performance & load testing.

    From Enterprise Credit Risk experience of decentralizing testing teams, we observed the need for minimal horizontal team to provide governance on the testing strategy.

    Responsibilities

  • Plan, Manage and Execute ERFT applications focusing on Automation, Performance and Manual Testing
  • Work in a globally distributed application teams and implement best testing practices resulting in efficiency and productivity of teams
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies is a plus
  • Partner with and mentor application teams to adopt Testing strategy
  • Should be a continuous learner with problem-solving mindset and good communication skills
  • Should be doing hands on role and contribute to the testing strategy
  • Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation.

  • Certifications If Any : NA
  • Experience Range : 13 to 16 years

  • UFT , Selenium , TOSCA , SOAtest - Services (MW, TIBCO, MQ), JUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Scalatest, Load Runner, HP SaaS, HP QC / ALM, Cucumber
  • Desired skills :

  • Risk / Financial / Banking (Any) Domain exposure
  • Work Timings : 10 : 30 AM to 07 : 30 PM (Regular Shift)
