  • Candidate Should Have Real State Knowledge And Should Know Kannada Language
  • Responsibilities :

  • Managing the entire corporate reputation management program for OYOs real estate businesses, and maintaining at all times a good ownership of the OYO corporate narrative.
  • Conceptualizing, directing and editing the development and / or developing a variety of content, from social media posts to thought-
  • leadership articles, videos, podcasts etc. in traditional as well as new age (digital) media sources / channels for placement across a variety of earned and shared media platforms.

  • Driving measurable collaboration across Leadership, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand teams to ensure communications plans, narratives and content deliverables are leveraged to maximum effect.
  • Ensuring a steady pipeline of company news and participation at industry forums, awards and recognitions, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Planning and executing consumer focused campaigns to create awareness about the properties
  • Driving and executing events for press, media and analysts (working closely with investor relations team)
  • Working with external agencies and key stakeholders on media monitoring (traditional and online) media announcements, press articles and other communication materials.
  • Track and report communications effectiveness.

  • Developing and driving proactive media relations to generate positive coverage for OYO, includes holding key industry / influencer relationships
  • Managing issues and crisis situation, if and when required
  • Researching new media channels and contacts
  • Excellent media contacts with the corporate / hospitality / real estate / media & influencer universe
  • Work entails frequent travel to other cities to further media relationships
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, journalism or another relevant field
  • Minimum X years of PR experience including media relations and corporate communications
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape (across TV, print, Radio, Digital) in Indian Sub-continent and proven corporate communications and digital / social media expertise is desirable.
  • Strong content writing skills for use across traditional and online platforms
  • Strong agency background, work experience with a real estate brand preferred
  • Experience of handling issues and crisis
  • Experience of working with and counselling senior management in a dynamic environment are essentials
  • A high degree of personal initiative, innovative thinking, influencing & collaboration skills are essential.
  • Excellent strategic communication, storytelling and planning skills
  • Self starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and work flows and ensure that deliverables are understood and achieved
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global teams located around the world
  • Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and willing to be hands-on
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
