Job Purpose :

At Stats Perform we are looking for self-motivated Senior Software Engineer, with experience in validating, testing and manage expectations around quality assurance processes, that ensure the overall quality of manufactured products.

We are looking for a bright, energetic, and innovative individuals who have created comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure that the finished products have met the client requirements.

WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

Define testing strategies to ensure the product being released, is up to industry and company standards

With help of QA leads, you will need to create testing plans, including individual testing phases, and ensure the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans

Ability to use knowledge of computers, cloud, UI’s & DB’s to create and execute clear, comprehensive tests which detect potential programming issues with software solutions

Reports progress to the software quality supervisor or Lead QA

Works with different teams to ensure that tests are carried out successfully and maintain the complete Quality Roadmap, with the help of Senior QA Engineers in the team.

Analyses software test results and recommends a course of action if necessary to ensure that performance standards demanded by the organization are maintained

Proficiency in working in a fast paced & challenging environment, and ability to deliver in highly demanding & time-constrained environment

Should be able to work closely with Architects, Product Owners, and other team members, on a day-to-day basis, within a scaled Agile development environment

Having an AWS certification is an advantage

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

5-8 years of software industry experience as Quality Assurance engineer

Experience in building test cases, test plan, product functional workflow and overall test strategy.

In-depth knowledge of the complete product development lifecycle.

Proficient in oral and written communication skills.

Ability to mentor the team on quality assurance challenges.

Ability to read, understand & contribute to product workflow design & quality benchmarking.

Ability to revisit the architectural design consistently for the product betterment.

Proficiency in working with code versioning tools, such as Git.

Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence.

Experience in working in an Scaled Agile development environment.

Good knowledge on Selenium with Python
