Establish strategic partnerships with the senior leadership team, providing a critical link between the MDM organisation and the broader business, with accountability for the quality of data across the business
Responsible for the content of the Data Dictionary and the reporting of data quality
Lead data management improvement opportunities and potential continuous improvement initiatives
Represent the impact of data quality issues and improvements on the business. Manage the continuous cycle of data quality monitoring
Be the escalation point for data quality issues
Champion right first-time data by ensuring data quality is embedded in all data processes
Accountable for the trend analysis, and articulating business value and impact of data quality issues and improvements
Provide oversight on setting priorities on error resolution, working in partnership with other relevant teams to resolve cross-functional issues

Knowledge of developing MDM service capability to meet business growth plans
Experience of working in an MDM service transition environment
Experience with master data business projects
Good understanding of data models, data dictionary, data quality rules and master data standards and processes
Experience in conceptual design and delivery of crucial MDM components and tools
Strong understanding and experience of master data compliance regulations in global organisations
