Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
To provide technical support in terms of feed formulations, farm management and other technical areas helping develop overall company business in West and North India.
Manage company’s present sales in Maharashtra and develop further.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities in Maharashtra Area
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations;
examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Preparing & mailing Monthly Reports to Reporting Manager (on / before 2nd of every month)
Interact with Customer Service Department for Ordering / Delivery process
Collect details on Competitor activities & update Reporting Manager
Work with Distributors for Sales promotion in the Region
Qualification : MVSc in Animal Nutrition or Poultry Science
Experience : With minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in selling feed additives in poultry especially in Maharashtra Market
Language fluency : English, Hindi & Marathi mandatory
Remuneration : Based on Qualification & Experience
