Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • To provide technical support in terms of feed formulations, farm management and other technical areas helping develop overall company business in West and North India.
  • Manage company’s present sales in Maharashtra and develop further.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities in Maharashtra Area
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations;
  • examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Preparing & mailing Monthly Reports to Reporting Manager (on / before 2nd of every month)
  • Interact with Customer Service Department for Ordering / Delivery process
  • Collect details on Competitor activities & update Reporting Manager
  • Work with Distributors for Sales promotion in the Region
  • Requirements

  • Qualification : MVSc in Animal Nutrition or Poultry Science
  • Experience : With minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in selling feed additives in poultry especially in Maharashtra Market
  • Language fluency : English, Hindi & Marathi mandatory
  • Remuneration : Based on Qualification & Experience
  • This position reports to the Regional Manager & Business Manager
