Windows Administrator - Technical Lead

Perform Windows Level 3 administration support activities for desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area network

Perform activities related to desktop system maintenance which includes account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) issues and other local area system administration related functional issues

Provide necessary support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows systems

Maintain Windows system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems

Provide support to Windows systems including day- to- day operational issues, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client / server / storage & mobile devices

Aid on Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution

Provide necessary support for escalation and communication about the status to agency management and end users.

Perform support activities on dispatch system, hardware issues and involve in resolution process

Configure and manage Windows operating systems

Isolate and resolve hardware and software issues which includes applications, operating system, hardware, communications infrastructure

Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure Windows components

Perform Windows systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems including the transition and migration of corporate systems.

Solve Priority issues with in SLA. Provide RCA for high impacted (P1) issues

Identify and implement service improvements and automation.

Proficient in DFS

Experienced in virtualized environments (VMware and Hyper- V)

Exprienced in Citrix (Xen Desktop)

Experience in the following is of additional advantage

Cloud (AWS / Nutanix)

LINUX experience (Cent OS) advantageous

Cisco Network devices

Experience in Powershell scripting and automations

Certifications : MCSE & Exchange

Location - Chennai only. Timezone - 2- 11pm
