  • BE / B. tech; MBA preferred Experience :
  • 8 - 13 years experience in IT / Business
  • SAP PP / MM experience mandatory
  • Preference for an experience of business partnering in a manufacturing organisation
  • At least 3 years of experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.

  • Serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management
  • Provide consulting level support and guidance through key IT initiatives; proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of resp.

  • Perform business needs analysis and collaborate on mapping of technical specifications
  • Develop and implement function need based solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the target (organization and with customers)
  • Manage the approved IT budgets and spends ; Continuous focus on improving cost of delivery / service
  • Plan and implement long term and short term IT policies / controls in line with the business / function priorities
  • Ensure robust contingency, risk management and business continuity plans are in place and that these are coordinated during all technology transition plans (enhancements / new)
  • Maintain and enforce standards and protocols for the use of information and communication technologies so that they meet internal requirements
  • Conduct awareness building programs for employees to facilitate knowledge enhancement and improved functional and attitudinal effectiveness towards ongoing and new tools and applications
  • Work with End Users and tech partners to map and deliver a wide range of reporting and automated upload tools 3 Project Management
  • Responsible for all aspects of project management, including ability to plan and organize complex environments, develop and implement solutions, and report against project plans weekly / monthly including budget variance.
  • Propose, negotiate and manage IT budgets in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring best value and quality.
